CVS Caremark App Reviews

Just started this app and so far, so good. Has been very convenient for me and a time saver!

Ive called support to no avail. For some reason the latest version no longer accepts my username and password. 1 hr on the phone with support and multiple password resets still cannot get the app to work.

This app is so helpful. I would recommend it to anyone

Needed to do a refill so installed the app, entered account username and password, scanned the matrix barcode and processed the refill. I also like the ID that says one can go to a CVS and get a short term supply of medicine - could have come in handy the time a shipping issue delayed arrival.

Refilling my prescriptions is super easy with this app. Just scan the label and Voila! Refill on the way!!!

Just a few clicks to reorder my meds.

The fingerprint authorization does not work. It keeps saying "failed to authenticate". I unlock my phone 1st attempt, other apps work done using my fingerprint.

This app makes it super easy to quickly refill my prescriptions...especially on the go, in my busy life. Great job!

Ive not done the easy refill before today because, well, I guess Im just an idiot. Tried it. Love it.

Since I am disabled and cant drive the mail order is helpful just need to fix the Touch ID.

This is a great app its quick to renew your prescriptions. Sometimes the scan doesnt work but theres a place you can put your number in and its very easy. And your information comes up and thats all you have to do I like it.

This is what I call an App that is easy to use, fast, and simple. Use it if you get a chance and you will not need to return to the web site. Good job CVS Caremark IT team.

This app is remarkably frustrating...it crashes and locks up almost every time. Deleted it several times, rebooted iPhone no change, Im done

Love doing refills by scan

Poorly designed. This app requires The user to sign in to use the app and requests multiple sign in requests as the user moves within the app to check refill history, recent orders. The "sign in" notice remains on top despite already being signed in. The app needs an update to make it user friendly.

As a nursing student managing taking 6+ pills per day, I still desperately need this easy to use service to coordinate my refills on time. Thank you for making a difference in my medical care.

Ordering refills has never been easier! Just a scan of the prescription label and BAM! done!! Thank you CVS Caremark!!

This was the first time I ever used it and it was so easy. I just entered in the prescription number and my birthday date and it called all the information up and I could order it right there. I love it will use this app from now on for all my prescriptions!
